Salary: $60,000–68,000 DOE

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, flexible schedule

Location: Downtown Spokane office, with flexibility to work from home some days. Relocation stipend available.

Start date: July, 2026

Benefits: Health, dental, and vision options; three weeks paid time off, team-wide paid summer and winter breaks plus paid holidays; monthly transit and cell-phone reimbursements; profit share; worker-ownership with equity vesting; relocation stipend for candidates moving to Spokane.

3. Finalist assignment (Top 2–4 candidates. ~3–5 hours of work, $250 stipend, Designed to surface how you analyze and strategize.)
4. Finalist interview (1 hour, in person ideal)
5. Conversation with the editorial team (culture fit vibe check)
6. Offer and onboarding. Target start date: July 2026.
