We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team in a fast-paced apparel, promotional products, and print environment. This role is responsible for managing projects from concept through completion—including quoting, order entry, and client presentations—while building strong, long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives on delivering a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage apparel, promotional product, and traditional print projects from start to finish
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes based on client needs, specifications, and budgets
  • Enter and manage orders within internal systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Develop and present creative product ideas and solutions to clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Communicate order details, updates, and timelines clearly with customers
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities
  • Coordinate project timelines to ensure on-time production and delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, vendors) to execute projects
  • Track order progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays
  • Maintain detailed records of quotes, orders, timelines, and customer communications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in apparel, promotional products, print, or a related industry required
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with quoting, order entry, and client presentations is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with order management systems and standard office software
