The Assistant Teacher will help prepare and implement both classroom and outdoor daily routines and activities while supporting individual learning opportunities. Responsibilities also include developing and documenting an early childhood curriculum, assessing the developmental needs of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, and promoting children's health through adherence to Individual Health Plans (IHP). The position involves maintaining required documentation, conducting developmental screenings, and ensuring parental involvement in classroom activities.
