Starting salary for this position is: $3,665 (Monthly)
Employees hired at the entry salary step receive raises after six months of service, then annually. Those starting at a higher pay step get raises after 12 months and yearly until reaching the top of their pay scale, with each increment typically being a 5% increase. Qualifications for the role include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in student or customer service, and the ability to work in a correctional environment. Training in corrections, as well as competencies with databases and office software, is necessary. The position requires excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
