Join the largest locally owned media organization in the Spokane area and play a meaningful role in connecting local businesses with the communities we serve. In this position, you’ll manage an existing portfolio of clients while also building new relationships through collaboration, creativity, and genuine engagement. You’ll craft smart, measurable marketing solutions that help businesses grow while working in a supportive, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive results for local businesses by selling multi-platform advertising solutions, including Digital (SEO, SEM, Email, Targeted Display, Paid Social), Print, and Events.
  • Uncover client goals and build customized marketing strategies that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Own and grow your sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication, campaign updates, and strategic recommendations.
  • Deliver confident, consultative presentations and close deals that create win-win partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to launch campaigns, review performance, and continuously optimize results.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (Advertising, Marketing, or related field preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in media sales, digital marketing, or B2B marketing solutions
  • A consultative selling mindset and strong presentation skills
  • Confidence working face-to-face and virtually with clients
  • Ability to perform in a self-directed, cross-functional team environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills and comfort working under goals and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual platforms (Teams/Zoom); CRM experience a plus
  • Regular, reliable attendance
