Request for Proposals – Communications Consultant and Services

Spokane Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms with experience in communications and public relations to provide consulting and other services as outlined in this RFP. Any addendums will be posted on https://www.spokanehousing.org/solicitations/request-for-proposals-communications/.

Proposals are due March 20, 2026.
