Club Chef - Spokane Club 

Position Overview 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef with proven leadership abilities to join our dynamic team at the Spokane Club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, demonstrated success in kitchen management, and a proven track record in club and catering services. As our Club Chef, you will create extraordinary dining experiences for our discerning membership while overseeing multiple venues, including our 1910 Restaurant, Deli kitchens, and catering operations for weddings, corporate functions, and private events. You must possess strong financial acumen, menu development expertise, and the professional presence to engage effectively with members of all generations. This position has flexible hours and may have overtime.

  • Direct leadership of kitchen staff across all culinary operations
  • Fiscal responsibility for significant F&B budget, requiring strong cost analysis skills
  • Menu creation that balances innovation with tradition, appealing to diverse member demographics

Key Qualifications 

  • 5+ years progressive culinary experience with minimum 3 years in leadership roles
  • Proven financial acumen in cost control, budget management, and profitability analysis
  • Demonstrated excellence in menu development and presentation
  • Professional presence with ability to engage effectively with members
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification
  • Experience in private club or high-end hospitality environments preferred
