Roofing & Insulation Assistant

Job Summary:

We’re building more than just roofs at Sunvek LLC—we’re building trust. As a Roofing and Insulation Assistant, you’ll support our applicators in creating reliable, lasting systems for our clients. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to work with purpose and grow within a company rooted in integrity, strong work ethic, and adding real value. You’ll assist in prepping job sites, transporting materials, and maintaining safety, all while learning the ropes from experienced professionals who believe in doing things the right way.

 

Summary of Duties:

- Assist with setup and cleanup of roofing and insulation job sites including pressure washing.

- Load/unload and stage materials, equipment, and supplies.

- Support applicators with tools, safety equipment, and material prep.

- Assist with equipment operation and management.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

- Manage spray hoses and assist with quality assurance.

- Learn best practices in spray foam roofing and insulation application.

- Receive job and safety training as mandated by Sunvek such as CPR, forklift, and telehandler training.

- Handle hazardous materials.

Requirements:

- Be at least 18 years old

- Be physically healthy and willing to work outside

- Be able to climb ladders and lift more than 50 lbs

- Be able to work outside of regular business hours, work overtime, and occasionally travel

- Have a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
