Client Services Rep

About Minute Man Press (Spokane Valley):
We are a growing printing & marketing design company with a very strong emphasis on customer service. We’re seeking a versatile client services person able to work with clients and front counter customer service as well.

Job Responsibilities:

Full-Time Client Services Rep for a Full Service Print Shop

Prior print shop experience strongly preferred, but not required.

Job Duties Include, But Not Limited To:

• Excellent customer service skills are a must
• Excellent follow up and proactive customer care.
• Knowledge in digital printing, offset printing, and large format printing preferred
• Experience with bindery and book finishing is a plus
• Ability to multitask, and manage tight deadlines
• High attention to detail
• Be able to organize, plan and maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Friendly, competent, reliable
• A team player is a must
• Works well independently
• Accountable

Qualifications:

Experience preferred, stable work history, some level of customer care experience required.
